NOBILITH

Control architecture

Security comes from independent controls.

NOBILITH combines digital identity, independent approvals and traceable ownership events. Critical steps cannot be finalised by a single action.

01

Identity and access

Private areas begin with an authenticated identity. The email address is verified as a recovery channel before a membership application.

  • Stable user assignment instead of self-declared identity
  • Email verification before application
  • Identity check via the chip of the identity document and a selfie in the NOBILITH app; documents without a chip are checked manually by NOBILITH
02

Dual-control approvals

Membership, primary-sale release and physical withdrawal use separate review and execution steps.

  • Requester and approver are recorded separately
  • Reasons and status changes remain traceable
  • No automatic approval based only on an external status
03

Payment and custody

NOBILITH does not hold customer balances. Confirmed payment first creates a locked transfer instruction; title changes only after the custodian's signed acknowledgement.

  • Transaction-specific payment reference
  • Separate replay-safe payment and custody events
  • Sealed custody required for transfer
04

Proof of ownership

After custodian acknowledgement, the Vault, title registry, cost responsibility and digital Ownership Pass are updated under control.

  • No title transfer by payment alone
  • Auditable chain of every buyer and seller
  • Masked public pass verification without exposing private client data
Transparent boundary

Partner boundary

Banking, identity, insurance, bonded-custody and logistics adapters are currently provider-neutral. Simulations prove workflows but are not a production partner commitment, certification or independent security review.
